Blandthorn Performing Academy is committed to the art of dance, song and drama. Our organisation is in existence because all our teachers want to help children reach their full potential and have the required qualifications and desired teaching attributes, including Bachelor of Education, Certificate 4 in Dance Teaching and Management and First Aid. Students are able to participate in tours both nationally and internationally through our sister business Performing Camps of Australia. Our aim is to provide a friendly and hard working environment, one in which a student can develop and grow in their chosen field. We are here to guide all students in any or all elements that they select, whether it is for fun and excitement, or to enter the professional industry. We will have an essential ingredient of passing on our passion for the arts to all of our students. We will incorporate great technique, discipline, and self-expression in all classes. An Annual concert is held. Students are able to complete CSTD exams in Jazz, Tap, Ballet and Contemporary. We offer classes in jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, ballet, tap, adult fitness classes and singing. (more).
